Review our Practices and Fees pages before submitting your request.

When to Contact Us

Contact Lexagor Law before signing, responding, filing, or allowing a deadline to pass when a legal issue may affect your rights, obligations, business, property, immigration plans, or recovery options. Early review is particularly useful:

before signing, revising, or responding to a contract or transaction document
when a dispute, demand, claim, unpaid obligation, agency notice, court paper, or filing deadline arises
when planning a business formation, transaction, restructuring, business or employment-based immigration filing, estate plan, or U.S.-Europe transaction
when protecting a U.S. trademark or copyright, evaluating a selected injury or tort matter, or managing a Defense Base Act claim

What the Consultation Covers

A consultation is an initial assessment used to clarify objectives, identify urgent deadlines and immediate risks, and discuss possible next steps based on the information available.

If the firm is retained, the consultation fee will be credited against the first invoice unless otherwise stated. The firm does not charge an initial consultation fee for matters it elects to evaluate for potential contingency representation.

What to Include in Your Request

Provide a concise description of the legal issue, the names of the principal people or businesses involved for conflict-screening purposes, any known deadlines, and your preferred consultation format. Have relevant contracts, correspondence, invoices, notices, corporate records, or medical documentation available, but do not upload or send confidential or highly sensitive material unless the firm requests it after a conflicts review.

Book Your Consultation

After submission, the firm will review the request and contact you concerning possible next steps. Representation begins only after a conflicts review and confirmation in a written engagement agreement.

Submitting this form does not create an attorney-client relationship or obligate Lexagor Law to accept your matter. Please do not submit highly sensitive information unless requested after a conflicts review. You remain responsible for all deadlines unless representation is confirmed in a written engagement letter.
